Since the beginning of this year, the dollar rate has fallen by a quarter - from Br113 to Br84. At the same time, the rate fluctuates by 2-3% in different directions during the day, which is abnormal. This opinion was shared by Finam analyst Alexander Potavin. He spoke about the reasons for the current strengthening of the ruble.

Since losing control, the tanker had been drifting off the island of Rügen since mid-January 2025.
