Central Bank proposed a set of measures for the strategy of attracting specialists in the context of a shortage of qualified personnel
Given the shortage of qualified specialists, salary increases are limited as a tool to attract and retain staff, as emphasized in the Central Bank's (CB) December analytical release on the regional economy. Russian companies are forced to develop alternative support measures: this includes assistance with mortgage interest, preferential housing purchase, expansion of social security to the level of gym passes, compensation for the cost of children's vacations and events.
