Russian tourists have been warned about the jail time they face in Turkey

Police detained 250 people in connection with the wave of protests that began on March 20 in Antalya. Six people were taken into custody. Russians were warned that a trip to Turkey could turn into trouble.

Due to the wave of protests that began in Antalya, Russians are advised to consider whether it is worth planning a trip to Turkey in the near future.

It is known that the police have already detained 250 people who came out to the protests. Six people have been taken into custody.

Therefore, those who are planning a trip to Istanbul in March-April, the Russian consulate recommends canceling trips.

Tourists who have already purchased or intend to purchase summer vouchers to Antalya or nearby resort areas are advised to stay on the territory of the hotel upon arrival.

Earlier, tourists who decided to spend a vacation in Greece, warned of dangerous dates. Also Russians were named the most hospitable European destinations for visa-free vacation.
